We are seeking a full-time: 32-38 hours/week, office administrator. Will discuss hours with applicants.

This role will be key in delivering exceptional patient care. This is not a punch-in and punch-out, go through the motions job. We value making connections and giving exceptional service to everyone who enters our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk day-to-day operations, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, and organize patient flow for multiple practitioners
- General office administration
- Office inventory
- Social media posts
- billing insurance companies
- Car insurance invoicing

Requirements:
- High capacity, detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated person with excellent multitasking, quick computer skills, and a great memory for details and names.
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate to learn and inspire others about chiropractic and wellness, someone who loves making others’ days brighter.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written: no French required.
- Strong service and organizational skills, confident to make good decisions, solution-focused
- Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize on the go in an often quick-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support multiple priorities and serve & guide practice members with certainty and care

Experience preferred, but a fully trainable position. We are not looking for medical assistant training. Customer service and a desire to help people are essential.

Preference will be given to those seeking a long term Permanent, Full-time position averaging 32-35 hrs/week. Possibility for a summer university student if in a similar field of study.
