Form First Fridays: Split Squat 🔥
Here’s how to nail your form step by step:
1️⃣ Start with feet shoulder-width apart, toes forward
2️⃣ Step one leg forward, back heel lifted
3️⃣ Push hips back slightly, bend both knees
4️⃣ Keep your front knee in line with your toes
5️⃣ Lower slowly until your back knee nearly touches the floor
6️⃣ Press through your front heel and drive back up tall
