Who’s all set for the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend?
Catch me at kilometre 37 tomorrow all day tomorrow volunteering with the XtraMile Crew. I’ll be out on the course running beside runners that maybe struggling on those final KM’s to the finish line. My job is to assist them for 200m - 5km depending on how they feel. Some may just want a body to run beside them so they have someone to talk to or not saying a word and just being there physically for them. If you’ve ran 5k or 42k, we all know how our emotions play with us on these challenging distances.
Let’s have some fun and make sure every runner makes it to the finish line.
