Job Title: General Laborer - Driveway Sealing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Laborer to join our team for driveway sealing work. The ideal candidate should have experience in general labour and driveway sealing asphalt work. A valid driver's license is preferable, but consideration will be given to candidates who meet all other qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour tasks related to driveway sealing, including preparation, cleaning, and sealing of asphalt surfaces.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in equipment setup and maintenance as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license is preferable (consideration given to candidates meeting other qualifications).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in general labour and driveway sealing asphalt work.

- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physical labour for extended periods.

Working Conditions:
- Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
- May require lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Some travel may be required to different job sites.
