We are very happy to have Hannah on the JRD team! Hannah has officially been with us a year (I know, it took me long enough to introduce her!) and we are so glad she is here to keep our projects running smoothly! Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Hannah! I am looking forward to another year of fun and collaboration!

Have you heard about Biophilic Design? It’s the art of connecting the built environment to the natural world in a way that creates spaces encouraging mental and physical health and general wellbeing. We like to add elements of nature in all of our designs. Lately this has been through the use of wood cabinetry and incorporating natural materials whenever we can. Sometimes the simple act of adding a plant to soften the space can add that connection to nature we crave. I don’t know about you, but in the middle of winter I need a reminder that Spring is just around the corner! I think it’s time to add another plant to my collection!

BEFORE & AFTER: A refreshed Ensuite Bathroom is exactly what this home needed. We worked with the existing layout of the space while giving the homeowners more room in the shower and a more reasonably sized tub! A beautiful update if I do say so myself.
