Ryan joined our team straight out of high school and has spent the last six seasons exemplifying what Integrity is all about. We couldn’t be prouder of his journey—from apprentice, to Lead Mason, to now a qualified Journeyperson.

At Integrity, we’re passionate about developing skilled tradespeople and creating meaningful career opportunities for young people. Watching Ryan grow into the professional he is today has been incredibly rewarding.

HOLY long Ottawa winter 😮‍💨 but we are soooo back baby… well, kind of. Minus today’s rain day and these colder-than-normal May temps 🥲

We’ve been doing our best to navigate the weather while making sure everything we produce is installed properly, to code, and in the right conditions — even if that means the occasional scheduling shuffle. Good masonry is worth waiting a couple of extra days for 😊
