π Unchecked milestones..
That is how I felt a few months after my exit.
Spearheading a marketing campaign with over 20x ROAS had definitely been one of those milestones.
Fortunately, it did not take THAT long..
There are three pillars that go into how we achieved a 26x ROAS.
π From $5.4K to $144K in 4 Months. Hereβs the formula:
1οΈβ£ Industry leading creatives: Like baking a cake, deep market research on the key ingredients in the market leads to unique creatives that resonates with the ICP. We reduced the CPLs from $100 to $75 cost per booked call.
2οΈβ£ Adjusting Pricing Structure to: We differentiated from competing on price to offering high-value services that solve the entire gap of a customer's problem. This allowed us to become the high end service provider in the market. We increased prices from $1k/mo to $12k paid in full for a 6 month project.
3οΈβ£ Retooling the Sales Process: Refining the sales approach creates a smooth customer journey, leading to higher close rates. Average cost of acquisition was $446. We increased close rates to 50% despite a 2-3x increase in price.

How did we turn $2,688 ad spend into $39,500 revenue ?
I started my entrepreneurial journey in sales.
After 10 years I got decent at it, but I felt I was missing something to be able to contribute more.
I always had a bit of a chip on my shoulder because I felt I was just talking about the work opposed to being able to do it.
After the exit I set out to build a team that were market leaders in paid ads.
I would find the ingredients to bake the world class paid ads recipe.
After a few months..
1. We found the best creative strategist
2. We found the best UX designer to build the funnel
3. Hammered the leads with calls, SMS, and branded emails

Continuous improvement is the boring s**t that makes money.
For a long time I could not conceptualize what that looks like in a business context.
All right, we have started to reach the point of diminishing returns by continuing to invest in and improve this process. Now what?
Ok yea, 1% better everyday sounds nice but what does that actually mean ?
We layer bricks one by one until we have a foundation, then we set up the frame, then the roof, then the drywall, then we decorate and continue to clean and improve our home.
Systems and the people they support are the same, brick by brick.
Itβs a never ending process.

When I made the transition from salesperson to executive, I had no idea what I was doing.
I went from working in the business 24/7 to total ambiguity.
Worse yet, things would break and I didnβt know how to fix them. It felt like I was missing something, but I did not know where to start.
What was I supposed to do with all of this free time ?
How was I supposed to structure my days?
What the best areas of the business to focus on for growth ?
After I figured out the right questions to ask, the path forward immediately became clear. It felt like total clarity, and I had this massive weight lifted off of my shoulders.
This experience taught me the sooner I figured out the right questions the sooner I could start either:
A) Delegating the thing
B) Executing the thing

In asking these questions, I started my journey of mastering management.

Starting something new sucks.
It is usually hard, takes a lot of effort.
Then the doubt creeps in.
βWhy bother anyway?β
It becomes overwhelming and frustrating.
The thing I have stuck with I then make massive strides almost out of nowhere.
I call this the frustration barrier. I have seen this break more people than see it through to the end.
Youβre not alone, I know itβs hard but I know you can do it.

Nurture sequences are critical to maximizing show up rates π
1. Have the closer/AE confirm via call the booking as soon as the lead auto books (10 mins max) their appointment.
2. Send case study and pre-call homework. Important to frame these as process breakdowns and the results they produced so that the client has received some upfront value prior to booking.
3. Have a great offer that the market wants and needs. This is the difference between 50% and 80% show up rates.

Hey all,
If you are seeing this I invited you to like this business page.
At the beginning of 2022 I had achieved my first $100k month, it took me 3 years of stress, sleepness nights, headscratching to figure out how to get there, but once I figured it out it, it only took me 5 months of project managing to achieve this milestone.
I think back on what I would have need in the past to skip the 3 years I spent beating my head against the wall to get there. The problem this business solves is eliminating all of the headaches, unknowns, ups and downs so that lead generation agency owners can focus on their zone of genius and have the freedom they envisioned when they started their business.
