As a small business owner, we're finding that many of the Federal COVID-19 relief programs are not available to us.

Anyone else finding themselves in the same boat? Income dropping substantially (>75%) but do not qualify for CERB because you are still providing some essential services to a few customers? i.e. Income is not right at zero, only a few $, so you don't qualify.
