Job Summary
Ottawa Medical Group is looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to work with our team to provide excellent service to the patients of our OBS/GYN clinics.
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcome and register all patients in a courteous manner
Verify accuracy of patient information
Perform basic vitals for OBS/GYN and family physicians
Review and chart reports
Maintain and update physician schedules
Manage messages and prioritize
Preparing/Sterilization procedure kits
Preparing vaccinations
Qualifications and Skills
Canadian PSW Certificate
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, in both French and in English
Excellent organizational skills
Creative, innovative and enthusiastic with an outgoing personality
EMR and computer proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work with limited supervision and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment
Flexible hours regarding extended weekly clinic
Contribute positively to the efficient operation of the clinic
Contract length: 12 months
Expected start date: 2021-03-15
