Rusty hands and sharp tools. I’m blessed to be able to try this beautiful carving tool from . I tested it out on some seasoned maple and I love the profile and length. It’s exactly what I want in a spoon carving tool.

What a cold day it was to be carving outside! But a great day carving as it’s been awhile. I did my first market since well before the birth of my third son, and my last market for this year. It’s time to regroup and get back into the groove of things - once the newest baby sleeps though the night that is. Sending my best wishes everyone’s way, hope you are all doing well out there.
