Happy Monday everyone itβs a nice but chilly day today π
Today we will focus on a upper body workout, if some moves are to difficult you can either modify the move, skip the move and do the next but to make up for the skipped move do double of another exercise π

Happy Thursday all, hope you are all enjoying this nice sunny day today π
I cannot stress how much being flexible is important when it comes sports, I know yoga might not be everyoneβs cup of tea but from personal experience and doing it once a week it has enhanced my physical abilities/performance and makes me feel better physically everyday, practicing yoga and mindfulness at the same time help with the mind, body and spirit π
