Capital Site Development is a heavy construction contractor specializing in all aspects of site development.

We specialize in site clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping and removal, demolition, excavation, contaminated soil removal and disposal, parking lot and road construction, and installation of site required services such as sewers and water mains.

We are currently looking to hire a full time pipe layer/grademan.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

Check grades and read plans
Knowledgeable of using a variety of hand tools and ability to cut pipe of various material
Read grade stakes and have the ability to set up laser
Strong knowledge of pipelaying techniques directly related to sewer and water - Watermain, Sanitary and Storm.
Working knowledge of pipe and fittings utilized in sewer and water main work.
Ability to work well with others
Ability to complete work efficiently and correctly
Attend Foreman meetings with various trade foremans
Work in a safe manner to ensure safety of self and co-workers
