On July 8, 2025, the Sucre Theatre was filled beyond capacity. Thousands of voices—communities, water boards, academia, churches, and social organizations—came together under one shared message: Cuenca has already decided: Hands off Kimsakocha!
Today, one year later, we say clearly: we have kept our commitment.
📱 We have kept our commitment because Kimsakocha has ceased to be a sectoral cause and has become the great social pact of Cuenca and Azuay.
