The September market stats📈📊 for Ottawa's Housing market are in!!!

In September, Ottawa’s housing market followed typical late-summer trends, with sales easing for the third month in a row. 1,089 homes sold, down from 1,236 in August and 1,318 in July.

Prices remained stable, with the average sale price at $690,397, up 0.3% year-over-year and staying within a narrow range over the past three months.

Inventory continued to rise, with 4,388 active listings, the highest in three months, reflecting a shift toward more balanced market conditions. Despite this, steady demand has helped keep prices flat.

Months of inventory increased to 4.0, up from 3.2 in August and July, indicating a more balanced market between buyers and sellers.
