Here are a few of our REAL tips to keep in mind and stay fit:
1. Strength training supports aging joints; it won’t bulk you up.
2. Smart training should feel challenging, not painful.
3. A focused 30-minute session beats an unfocused hour (This is true for fitness and almost everything else!)
Forget the myths. Get results that last.

Some fitness “truths” just won’t die, but that doesn’t make them real. 💀
Let’s bust a common fitness myth right now:
MYTH: If you’re not sore, it didn’t work.
TRUTH: Soreness means your body isn’t used to something; it doesn’t mean the workout was better. Smart, progressive training builds strength without beating you up. You don’t need pain to make progress; you need a plan. 📈
This is where progress happens: one session at a time. 💪
