January brings with it some real challenges with less than 10 hours of daylight, bills from the holidays coming due, frigid temperatures, cabin fever, potentially broken New Year resolutions, and many more.

It is important to take a moment and acknowledge that these things are difficult and then take steps to minimize the toll on our mental health.

There are so many resources available for those that need help.

Be your best self-advocate. Asking for help speaks to your strength.
