Happy Disability Pride Month!

Disability Pride Month is a time to celebrate the strength, resilience, talents, and achievements of people with disabilities. It is also a reminder that disability is a natural part of human diversity—not something to be hidden or ashamed of.

Let’s challenge stereotypes, promote accessibility, and build communities where everyone belongs. Every voice matters, every story deserves to be heard, and every person deserves dignity, respect, and equal opportunities.

This month, let’s celebrate disability with pride, advocate for inclusion, and continue creating a world where everyone can thrive.

As we step into a new week, let’s remember that behind every wheelchair is a person with dreams, purpose, and a family filled with love. Disability is part of our story, but it is never the whole story. Choose kindness, celebrate inclusion, and keep believing in the beauty of every family. Happy New Week!

No more obstacles

Protecting my peace doesn’t mean I’m giving up on people—it means I’m choosing what helps me grow. I’ve learned that not every battle needs my energy, not every opinion deserves my attention, and not every door is meant to stay open. My peace is valuable, and I’m choosing boundaries, healing, gratitude, and the people who bring light into my life. Today, I choose peace over pressure, joy over chaos, and purpose over pleasing everyone.

I was down a few days ago.

The truth is, even those of us who encourage others have days when the weight feels heavy. Some moments leave you questioning your strength, your purpose, and whether you can keep going.

But I’m still here, taking it one step at a time. If you’ve ever felt this way, please know you’re not alone.

Today, I’m asking this beautiful community to fill the comments with words of encouragement—not just for me, but for anyone silently fighting a battle.

Your words might be exactly what someone needs to keep going.
