Make sure your air outlets are uncovered.

A By-law Enforcement Officer attended a call for insufficient heat this weekend in Orleans only to discover the furnace vents were blocked by snow. The officer was able to clear the snow around the vents but unfortunately the furnace would not restart. Space heaters were provided to the resident while repair work is being conducted on the furnace.

For your safety and to keep your furnace working properly please clear the snow around your vents.
