My journey in the financial industry began in 2005 when I started my career at Caisse Alliance in the Client Relationship department. It didn’t take long for me to discover my passion for serving clients, which propelled me into various client-facing roles and eventually led to a management position.

After reaching a point where I felt ready for a new challenge, I stepped away from my career in banking to find a new sense of purpose. That's when I realized my calling: helping people achieve one of life’s biggest milestones — purchasing a home. With that goal in mind, I became an accredited mortgage agent, excited to support my clients in finding affordable housing.

Personal finance is all about making smart, informed decisions with one’s money. That's why I’m proud to also advise clients at Fit Financial, guiding them on their financial journeys. Yes, I juggle two roles, but nothing brings me more fulfillment than seeing the smile of a client who's achieved their financial or homeownership dreams.

Outside of work, I’m often at the hockey rink cheering on my daughter, or on the lake watching my son reel in the big catch. I treasure every moment with them, whether we’re at our cottage or exploring new places around the world.

Mon parcours dans l'industrie financière a commencé en 2005, lorsque j'ai entamé ma carrière à la Caisse Alliance dans le département des relations clients. Il n'a pas fallu longtemps pour que je découvre ma passion pour le service à la clientèle, ce qui m'a poussé à occuper divers rôles en contact direct avec les clients et, finalement, à accéder à un poste de gestion.

Après avoir atteint un point où je me sentais prêt pour un nouveau défi, j'ai décidé de m'éloigner du secteur bancaire pour trouver un nouveau sens à ma carrière. C’est alors que j’ai réalisé ma véritable vocation : aider les gens à accomplir l'un des plus grands jalons de la vie — l'achat d'une maison. Avec cet objectif en tête, je suis devenu courtier hypothécaire accrédité, enthousiaste à l'idée de soutenir mes clients dans la recherche d’un logement abordable.

La gestion des finances personnelles consiste à prendre des décisions éclairées et judicieuses concernant l'argent. C’est pourquoi je suis fier également de conseiller les clients chez Fit Financial, les guidant dans leur parcours financier. Oui, je jongle avec deux rôles, mais rien ne m’apporte plus de satisfaction que de voir le sourire d’un client qui a réalisé ses rêves financiers ou d’accession à la propriété.

En dehors du travail, je suis souvent sur la patinoire à encourager ma fille, ou sur le lac à observer mon fils attraper le gros poisson. Je chéris chaque instant passé avec eux, que ce soit au chalet ou en explorant de nouveaux endroits à travers le monde.

Du 6 au 8 mai, notre fondateur Jeremi a assisté à la Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU) au Westin à Ottawa pour dialoguer avec certains des plus grands experts de l'industrie, des affaires et de la politique. L’événement a offert de précieuses opportunités de réseautage et d’acquisition de connaissances dans le domaine.
