Due to a major cyber attack that has occurred at the Ontario government/Ontario Cannabis Store (the provincial distributor for all cannabis products), deliveries were not made to Ontario retailers last week and again this week. Unfortunately, this includes Zephyr Cannabis.

As a result, we have completely sold out of our inventory [in store and in our vaults] and we must temporarily close. This Ontario wide cyber attack has impacted each cannabis retailer throughout the province.

We have been assured by the Ontario government and the Ontario Cannabis Store that they are working to resolve this issue and using all resources necessary to restore services and deliveries immediately. Your orders are going to be fulfilled and we will have your products very shortly.
