My TEDx talk is officially live ❤️ and seeing the comments, what landed and watching it from their living rooms means the world. This talk is about accepting our darkness - the parts that are in us and the parts that happened to us - and realizing that healing and being human doesn’t fit into a neatly before and after story. The part where you rebuild from negative nothing… chase dreams, fall apart again…. Get back up for the 187th time and realize that peace doesn’t come from becoming “perfect” or “impressive”. Because life doesn’t stay one note and would it be very fun if it did?!
