This plate doesn't look delicious lol I wasn't intending to showcase it but I thought of some valuable information I wanted to share.

I have been adding squash to at least one meal a day and usually at night for me (because night time is when my brain desires snacks)

Squash is highly effective for fat loss because it is extremely low in calories, keeps you full with dense fiber, and provides high food volume to satisfy your appetite without exceeding your daily calorie limits.

So there you have it, if you are a big eater, want to stay full longer than add SQUASH

Ps, I bake chocolate bread with it too. Feels like a snack with nothing but good ingredients.

“Master perfect form before you lift any weight.”

Not quite.

If you wait for “perfect,” you’ll never start loading anything.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s good movement you can control.

There’s a difference.

You want to:
💪Move through the pattern without pain or chaos
💪Feel the right muscles doing the work
💪Stay stable instead of collapsing or twisting everywhere
💪Keep it clean enough that you could repeat it again and again

That’s your starting point.

From there, you add weight slowly and let strength build the form.

Because here’s what actually happens:
form doesn’t get perfect first…
it gets better because you get stronger

Too many people stay stuck trying to “fix” every tiny detail before they ever challenge themselves. (I was too many people, the last few years)

Meanwhile nothing changes.

Learn the movement.
Own it.
Then build on it.

That’s how real progress happens.

Day 3 of my Vagus Nerve Healing Journey 🌿✨

On Day 1, I did my energy work in the morning, and it set a beautiful tone for the day. On Day 2, I decided to do it at night instead—and let me tell you, my sleep was absolutely phenomenal! 💤 It was honestly the best sleep I've had in years. So, I’m thinking I might continue doing my energy work in the evening going forward.

The energy work I’m doing includes EFT, sound bathing, meditation, breathwork and Reiki. It's been such a grounding practice, and I'm noticing shifts already. 🙏

This morning, I weighed myself and saw I was up a couple of pounds. In the past, I would’ve gotten frustrated and said, “Screw it” and quit. But not this time. As much as I'd like to see the scale move in the other direction, I’m reminding myself that I’m not doing this for weight loss. I’m committed to healing my body, my mind, and my soul. That is what matters most to me right now—staying focused on my healing. 🌸

I’m still dealing with some challenges. I still can't hear out of my right ear and I'm still very stuffed up. The pain persists, along with constant back pain, headaches, sleep apnea, and anxiety. But this is only Day 3. I’m not expecting perfection, just progress. I remain confident and committed, trusting that with patience and love, healing is on its way.

To anyone else out there on a similar healing path, I see you. This journey is tough, but we are stronger than we realize. 💛

🌱 Day 1 of 90: A Journey to Heal My Vagus Nerve 🌱

Today marks the first step in my 90-day journey of supporting my body, mind, and spirit through the Vagus Nerve Repair Program. I'm grounding myself in a nurturing routine that honors my body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

I started the morning with a powerful elixir made from lemon, ginger, and turmeric—nature’s healing ingredients that gently awaken and support the body. This vibrant tonic set the tone for a mindful and intentional day.

Next, I practiced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and repeated affirmations, centering myself and embracing a positive mindset. Journaling my emotions and sensations in the quiet of the morning allowed me to reflect deeply on how my body and mind are responding to this new practice.

Did some work, but I made sure to nourish my body with a delicious green smoothie filled with fresh greens, berries, and other vibrant, nutrient-packed ingredients. I’m focusing on fueling my body with healing foods that align with my intention of restoring my vagus nerve.

Later today, I’ll engage in a gentle workout, followed by some quiet time reading and meditating with frequency healing. This evening, I’ll close my day with a frequency healing meditation to support the calm and rejuvenating process of my body’s self-repair.

Tomorrow’s plan: I feel drawn to start and end the day with frequency healing and meditation. It’s amazing how small, consistent steps can create lasting change.

Every choice today was a loving gesture toward my wellness, and I am so excited for the next 89 days of this beautiful journey.
