From the plate loaded Hammer Strength equipment to the Olympic lifting platform to the functional training side and upstairs to the cardio equipment and everything in between this place has it all! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s got the best gym atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Most days my workouts take a little longer because of all the amazing people I bump into! If you are thinking of getting a gym membership and aren’t sure where to start then swing by and try it out. You won’t regret it!!
