Number 1: Learning and Education Opportunities. Here at OT4KIDS, we value the importance of life long learning as a clinician to stay evidenced based within our care. We have monthly Lunch N' Learns, education nights and professional development courses. We also value the importance of learning from each others skills sets. We have an increase clinical lead, Danielle that supports the staff in continuing their education on a daily basis.

Number 3: Encouraging and supportive clinical director. Here at OT4Kids, Patti is our clinical director and clinic owner. Patti is always encouraging us to learn, support us in our professional journeys, guide us to be the best clinicians we can be and foster our current skills.
