A customer brought their vehicle in with noticeable vibrations when braking. They’d already been told the issue was likely worn tie rod ends, but before replacing anything, we took a closer look.

Our team completed a thorough test drive followed by a full steering and suspension inspection. Everything checked out. Using precision measuring tools, we pinpointed the real culprit: excessive rotor runout.

The solution was straightforward: new front rotors and brake pads. After installation and a final test drive, the vibration was gone, and the vehicle was back to braking smoothly and safely.
