YIN WITHIN: Women’s Workshop

When you’ve been carrying so much for so long and your body whispers for rest, how do you tend to yourself?

Many women move through life feeling exhausted, overstimulated, disconnected from themselves, and unsure why the same patterns keep repeating.

YIN WITHIN is an opportunity to replenish & take care of yourself.

Together, we’ll explore how to understand your body’s signals, where support may be needed, and how to offer yourself restoration.

This workshop is an experience.

Our Naturopathic Doctors, Dr. Laura Imola & Dr. Jade Hoxie will guide you through:
