Saturday- Open singles
Sunday -Open doubles with my bruh Shawn.

Personal best in Ottawa with a time of 1:11:18! 38th place in my age group 30-34 out of 325 participants.

I just keep better and better. Open singles
Warsaw time - 2025- 1 hour and 19min
Toronto 2025 1:13:43
Vegas 2026- 1:14:07.

Sunday Shawn and I completed open doubles with a time of 106:48. Felt pretty gassed doing this race since my body went full send the day before for open singles.

First ever doubles. is turning 40 this year. For a man with a business, and a beautiful family and busy lifestyle this man puts in the work. Great job Shawn. Bravo 👏

Shawn and I finished 15 overall in the 35-39 age category.

Time to hit some golf balls. And get jacked again.
