I am now, as of December 2016, an approved evaluator and Trainer, by CPBC (Consumer Protection BC) for new home inspector's that are considering becoming a home inspector in BC.
I offer full day Group training or single applicant training.
The on site training covers all aspects of a home inspection including inspection, report writing, tools and verbal presentations of the inspection that are useful during an inspection.

In the process of becoming an inspector, after completing your class training and required 50 hour on site training, you will need to be evaluated to ensure that applicants meet all requirements as required to become licensed.

I also offer this service. The applicant is expected to inspect, report and present the findings of a home inspection ensuring that all known defected areas are reported on.

This is why clients should have Thermal Imaging performed on an inspection. This house was recently painted with no visible signs of damage. The house was also Vacant for 6 months. After running a sink in a powder room for a short period of time this is what I discovered below in the basement. No significant moisture readings at time of inspection. Moisture readings would have been higher after a longer period of time. Thermal view after 5 minutes of running the water/faucets.
