Diving into the details of 24th Avenue Surrey

A 7.5-acre development with 161 units in a mix of stacked townhomes, conventional townhomes, and single-family detached homes.

Mixed residential development consisting of 4 large ½ acre gross density single-family lots, 9 medium/compact single-family lots, 39 double car garage townhomes north of 25th Avenue, 53 townhomes south of 25th Avenue and 55 condo units fronting 24th Avenue.

This project was completed with 161 total units (as we programmed more townhomes than condos at that time) and is fully built and sold out.
