Cable Internet Service Outages: OUTAGE NOTIFICATION. Date: 05-16-22 Time: 05:52 PM Current Status: Under investigation/repair by Infrastructure provider. Please be advised an outage has occurred on our mail servers at 12:10 AM. Our mail server provider is actively attempting to repair the issue as soon as possible , at this time there is no current eta for restoration.

Update: 04-22-22 2:30PM

Our email service has been restored, our server provider is continuing to rebuild the service and we will continue to monitor the connection

[Identified] Services on the Synacor hosted Zimbra environment continue to function, but engineers are still working to restore full firewall redundancy.

Messages that were sent to email addresses on the platform during the outage should have been deferred at the sending server to be retried for delivery. Industry standard is to retry for up to 4 days, but this is configurable on each sending platform.

The attempts to send will be at larger and larger intervals, so it is very possible that queued mail won't be delivered before new messages and could be delayed for as much as 24 hours.
