I recently had Paint Protection Film installed on my car at Auto Smile Ltd in Nanaimo, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Paige at reception made me feel welcome right away, clearly explained what to expect, and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Jay, the installer, was equally impressive— took the time to walk me through the installation process and ensured I understood everything involved. You can really tell they both take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. My car was returned to me spotlessly clean and clearly well cared for while it was in their hands. The attention to detail was top-notch. A special mention also goes to Brian, the shuttle driver from Steve Marshall Ford. He was not only polite and courteous, but also an excellent and safe driver—great service all around. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Auto Smile Ltd to anyone looking for quality paint protection and exceptional service.
