Grateful that our customer took the time to share this with us. "I wanted to email you to say thanks. You and your team built us a beautiful composite deck in the spring of 2022. This spring I noticed several bumps and a small piece of composite had cracked and broken away on three of the boards. I contacted the decking company in the United states directly to warranty the boards only to find they required my mortgage info or property records as proof of home ownership. On top of that they would not pay for the removal or replacement of the material. I contacted you with my problem, the next day you showed up to look at the issue. Without any hesitation you promised me that I would not have to pay a cent. Not for the boards or the labor to remove and replace the decking, which included the removal of one half the decking since one board was up against the house. True to your word your team showed up and completed the work.



In these times it's wonderful to actually find a company that not only does great work, but most importantly stands behind their work and values their reputation. I would not hesitate to use you in the future or to highly recommend you to anyone.
