We offer a flat rate of $787.75 for conventional/institutional banks and mortgage companies (plus registration costs). That's over $100.00 less than the large title insurance company.

YOUR NEW MORTGAGE IS TREATED WITH THE PRIORITY YOU DESERVE
We won't wait to receive all the written instructions from your new lender. Your new mortgage won't be put in some long queue where things happen at their own pace. Once your mortgage professional confirms you have a deal, we start to work. Searches are done. Payouts are requested. When your new lender is ready to advance the funds, we'll be ready to close. Nobody will be waiting on us. That's our service commitment to you.
