It’s always nice to get emails like this:

“Good morning all.
I just wanted to pass on a thank you for all of your help in making my new hoist installation come together last Thursday March the 20th.
And also a thank you for sending Shaun from Lift logic up to install it. It's nice to see that there's still some guys out there that are knowledgeable, do good work, and are professional in their field. As well as still a little old school, like myself. LOL.
I was impressed by his work and the way he conducted himself and like I said his knowledge. He is a great representative for APC when you have him out there installing equipment for you. One of those guys you should keep around. Like I always say, (my opinion).
