⭐️ Raspberry Honey Oat Bars ⭐️

Ingredients:
🥣 1 cup rolled oats
🍓 1 cup fresh raspberries
🥚 2 large eggs
🥛 1/2 cup plain yogurt
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🥄 1 tsp baking powder
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
✨ Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line or lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add the yogurt, honey, and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Stir together the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon (if using). Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4️⃣ Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
5️⃣ Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6️⃣ Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
7️⃣ Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.

💡 Tips:
• Sprinkle a few extra raspberries on top before baking for a beautiful finish. 
• Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. ❄️
• Try blueberries 🫐 or chopped strawberries 🍓 for a delicious variation.
