In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bus.com is making some changes in order to protect the safety of everyone in the Bus.com community, namely:

- Direction for all bus partners about how to deploy proper disinfecting and cleaning techniques
- A work-from-home policy for all Bus.com internal employees
- A more flexible change and cancellation policies for all affected charters
