Read, so you can understand that there is level to training.
Left is 6,5 months ago and right is now.
The difference between this before and after is : Training. I have actually learned to train properly.(nothing close from perfect yet) I have always been intense in my trainings and been pushing my limits all the time. But what if i tell you there is not just intensity and that there is so much more factor you can actually control to make sure you improve at the fastest rate you possibly can?
Yes you heard it. Every training session you have to think about doing the perfect movement, have the perfect muscle connection, even between your set you have to think about it. Dont just let it go if you are not sure the ex*****on is not perfect. Keep thinking, reach for help, be obsessed about it. Training perfectly could be the only thing that separate you from the best.
Please guys, even after over 10 years of training keep doubting yourselves to make sure you train well. Even more if you are a bodybuilder.
I know everyone of you already said :
Im not doing this exercise because i cant feel it. Well there is a reason you dont feel it. Find the reason and correct it.
By the way my back pose are still garbage so im still trying to figure out how to train it.

always look behind where you started, and never set yourself some small objective. Motivation comes from the best around me and it has always been.
I will always remember when i first met him at the atomic nutrition in quebec city. Damn it was like in 2014, i was already a fan of him and i wasnt even going at the gym at that time i started my bodybuilding journey in 2016, but i always loved bodybuilding. I was very happy to take this picture with him at the fitlog classic 3 weeks ago and i was so proud.😁
BIIIIIIGTHOVEEEN!
I really though blasting cycle would make me a better pianist, but i guess its all about consistency, like bodybuilding🤦🏻♂️ fml.
Had a huge set back almost 2 months ago i got covid. Covid wasnt bad but the after effect was terrible ive had headache for almost 10 hours a day and i could not train for 2 weeks and a half. The headache are still occuring but its happening twice a week now, so i can fit my training when i dont have the headache. Even if i could not train i kept the diet perfect and i didn’t let myself go to waste!!
Now im back full throttle trying to chase the passion i always had for that massochist sport💁🏻♂️ **kskinnygethuge
Ive always had a hard time trying to hit the right things doing back training and ive had success filming my sets to adjust the way im supposed to do it.
Trust me filming urself makes a difference.
Taylor swift helping me get through trainings🙏🏼
