Chicken and tomato skewers with a cashew coconut sauce.

And shrimp on a cucumber round with savory mango sauce.

Another trial for my viking night is a winner.
Pomegranate molasses chicken drumsticks. Glaze so good they are going on ribs next week. Look for it on the menu.
Along side some roasted broccoli, fresh sage, jullianed carrots and green onions.
A little mint tea to finish. Those summer pansies are the best for garnishing!
