Extension project! Did you know that more than half of the projects that we do are extension projects?

This project was a simple garage extension with a room on top that really changed the complete aesthetic of the house. Located in Ile-Bizard, we still went through PAC but this time only once!

L’option acceptée fut la première (avec pignon) afin d’harmoniser le style architectural avec les maisons adjacentes.

This project was submitted twice to the PAC (CCU) of île-perrot and got approved in only 2 months (very quick for PAC presentations)
