Ovivo Embarks on a New Chapter of Growth 🚀

Very excited to announce that Ovivo, together with our shareholder SKion Water, has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Electronics division to Ecolab for an enterprise valuation of approximately 2.4 billion Canadian dollars. The closing is expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to obtaining regulatory clearance. This strategic transaction reflects the world-class market leadership our Electronics team has built over the years—driven by unmatched expertise, innovation and capabilities.

This marks a pivotal milestone in Ovivo’s journey. As we will turn the page, we will be launching a new phase focused on accelerating growth across our Municipal, Industrial, PFAS, Energy, and Cembrane businesses. A key pillar of this strategy will be to build our industrial footprint in North America through targeted acquisitions.

We see tremendous opportunity ahead and are energized by the potential to unlock new business segments in the North American market. This transition also opens the door to deeper collaboration across the SKion Water portfolio — sharing expertise, creating synergies and driving sustainable impact.
