It’s One of The More Emasculating Feelings

I’ve ever felt.

Being stuck.

Like, completely and utterly frozen.

Unable to move.

It’s not an exaggeration.

If you’ve ever “thrown your back out,” you might get it.

You probably remember what it’s like to feel helpless.

Or, at least that’s how I’ve felt.

Wanting with all of my might to just “suck it up” or “tough it out” or “grit my teeth and bear it.”

And still being unable to use the toilet without help.

Shedding tears of frustration.

It’s humbling, to say the least.

If you’ve ever been there - I have too. 

There’s something you need to understand…

This isn’t some guru post.

“Follow this and all your problems will go away”

Life doesn’t work that way.

If you want to help yourself…

If you want to help your back…

You need to honestly and relentlessly take charge of the things that happen to your body.

And you need to care for it.

This routine isn’t a “fix all” by any means.

But it is definitely good for you.

And, I believe it will help.

After all, what are your other options?

Sit around, do nothing, and hope eventually your problems go away?

No.

You don’t want to live your life that way.

To the best of your possible ability…

You should strive to live without chronic pain

and without constant distrust of your joints.

Build back your resistance.
