Had a great training with the leadership team of the International Civil Aviation Organization of the United Nations. I collaborated with the Ethics Officer to integrate applied improvisation techniques to explore the theme of personal, political, and organizational narratives and how this relates to conflict resolution. It was a great experience, and I feel grateful to be part of such an important initiative.
