We are committed to providing innovative and individualized care in a state-of-the-art facility. Our team, known for its passion and expertise, is expanding. We are currently seeking a part-time Surgical Nurse, open to both Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)/Auxiliary Nurses, to join us on Tuesdays, our dedicated surgery day.

Position: Part-Time Surgical Nurse (RN/LPN) – Hand Surgery

Hours: Tuesdays (Surgery Day)

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized nursing care to patients undergoing hand surgery, with a focus on both preoperative and postoperative care.

Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring the maintenance of a sterile and safe environment for our patients.

Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary interventions during surgical procedures.

Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to plan and implement comprehensive patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on aftercare and rehabilitation processes for hand surgeries.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Is a licensed RN or LPN/Auxiliary Nurse, ideally with experience in a surgical setting.

Has knowledge of or a keen interest in hand anatomy and hand or orthopedic surgery.

Exhibits strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, along with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
