I’m guiding a fun, energizing shake class as part of a full day at Proto Studio. ✨

Think workshops, lots of contact improv, and a whole mix of movement + connection.

COME DISCOVER THE FUN — VIVAcroyoga 2025!

This year marks Viva Acroyoga’s 10th anniversary, and we’re celebrating with a special evening: a gala themed talent show followed by an Inner Fire Movement dance to close it all off.

The Viva TALENT SHOW 2025 has a reputation: it’s simultaneously out-of-this-world, laugh-out-loud funny, deeply heartfelt, and totally unforgettable.

We’re inviting all forms of artistic expression — Acroyoga, singing, dancing, comedy, poetry, storytelling, music, and anything else your creative heart wants to share.

From the show we transition into an Inner Fire Movement dance party.

Come as you are and move how you feel.

Everyone is welcome.

Not part of the festival?
No problem. Just pay what you can at the door.

All proceeds will go to BACCÈS and the Indigenous Network of Montreal.
