It's been awhile since I wrote a post , but feel it's necessary. Even with all the knowledge that we posses about health and taking care of ourselves , there are still some of us who don't apply vigilance towards our beauty & skin care . We read labels on food products , try to avoid GMO's ,all in the name of health, but yet we rub , lather , spray and plaster our bodies with all kinds of unknown substances. WHY ???? I'm sure you all know that our skin is the biggest organ, therefore everything we put on our skin can and will be absorbed into our blood stream , which in turn can have very negative consequences to our well being .
That why I believe the we should kept our skin and beauty regime as simple as possible : KEEP IT SIMPLE . Less and natural is always better . K.I.S does just that , everything is of pure , natural and organic ingredients, nothing you can't pronounce.
