A fresh batch of renderings for one of our Ottawa area residential projects, to be completed in the first half of 2025.

The lobby and amenity spaces are located on the ground floor, the latter opening onto the courtyard pool and terrace. Warm woods and slabs of create an inviting atmosphere for residents.

A circular fire-pit, TV room, co-working space, bar, game room, private wine cellars and flexible party room are all available for use in this nearly 5000 square foot space.
