This is why I love thrifting! I snagged this pretty piece of brand new fabric, that feels to be in the higher quality range, for $2.99, as opposed to $30-40 for the same sized piece of a similar fabric at the fabric store. And now I get a pretty, comfy new t-shirt out of the deal with fabric to spare 😍

At this point in time, we all know that we should be doing everything in our power to be more eco-friendly. Disposable tampons, pads and panty liners, including their packaging, account for more than 200,000 tonnes of waste per year! Crazy, right?! Not to mention the monetary cost, in a world that isn't getting more affordable.
So, I've decided to start making washable and reusable cloth pads. To be even more green about it, these pads include both new and *upcycled materials! They feature multiple, comfortable and absorbent terry cloth layers, and a leak proof inner core to prevent anything from seeping through to your clothing.
