As Montréal en Lumière begins, we’re marking the opening weekend on February 28th and March 1st with a special five-course collaborative menu created by Charles Dumais, Nolan’s chef-partner, and Matt Conroy, the New York raised, Michelin awarded chef now rooted in Washington, D.C.

Having honed his craft in some of New York’s most acclaimed kitchens, Matt is today the chef-owner of Lutèce, Pascual, and his latest opening Maison!

Together, the two chefs offer a meeting of instinctive, ingredient-driven cooking — two distinct culinary voices speaking through the same devotion to taste.
