Alors que nous approchons de notre 4e anniversaire, il est important de prendre un moment pour apprécier nos débuts modestes. Conçu pendant les froids mois d’hiver 2021, au plus fort de la pandémie de COVID, l’idée était simple : apporter de la nourriture délicieuse et une touche de couleur dans une période sombre pour la société.

Le petit quartier industriel de Côte-Saint-Paul que nous appelons notre chez-nous porte en fait le surnom de « Ghost-town » (ville fantôme). Comme nous nous concentrions principalement sur la livraison et qu’il nous était interdit d’accueillir des clients à l’intérieur, le concept était de commencer comme une « cuisine fantôme ». Il était donc logique que notre logo reflète cela. Bien qu’il ait évolué, notre fantôme nous rappelle que nous avons réussi à créer quelque chose à partir de rien.

Nous sommes reconnaissants pour l’accueil que nous avons reçu, et la satisfaction de nos invités est ce qui nous motive chaque jour. Nous ne serions pas là sans vous. Merci du fond du cœur.

As we approach our 4 year anniversary, it’s only right that we take a moment to appreciate our humble beginnings. Conceived during the cold winter months of 2021 and the peak of COVID, the idea was simple- bring delicious food and a splash of colour in to a dark time for society.

The small little industrial part of Cote Saint-Paul that we call home actually has the nickname, “Ghost-town”. Since we were focusing mainly on delivery and weren’t allowed to seat guests inside, the concept was to start as a “Ghost kitchen.” It only made sense that our logo reflect this. Although it has evolved, our Ghost is a reminder to us that we were able to create something seemingly out of nothing. We are grateful for the reception we received and the satisfaction of our guests is what keeps us motivated. We wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you.
