Listen, I know the messaging out there is overwhelming. In a world where we're all just trying to survive rising costs, political uncertainty, and endless expectations, new mothers face an additional mountain to climb.

If you've given birth, you've probably been bombarded with advice about what you NEED to do to prevent peeing your pants, fix your abdominal separation, or flatten that postpartum belly. I get it. The information overload is real when you're already exhausted from sleepless nights and adjusting to a completely transformed life.

But here's the truth: you don't HAVE to do anything. In this high-pressure world where we're all just trying to stay afloat, you get to CHOOSE if and when you want to address any of it.
